We currently deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight, and applicable courier partner rates.

From time to time, VIVA GOLD may offer free shipping promotions on selected products, order values, or regions as part of special campaigns.

The final shipping charges, if applicable, will always be displayed clearly before payment confirmation.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are:

Tamil Nadu: 3-5–4 business days
South Indian States (Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Puducherry): 5–8 business days
Rest of India: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email, or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment status.

Non-Serviceable Locations

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact you and arrange a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Damaged Shipment

If your order arrives damaged or leaking during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product so that we can assist you promptly.
